1 on 1 Training

It begins with a thorough fitness evaluation.  I will put you through a workout to evaluate your current level of conditioning as well as measure a wide variety of other indicators of your current health and nutrition.   Establishing this baseline will help me to tailor a workout program specifically to your needs and fitness level, and will also give us a way to measure your progress as we continue to workout together.  In addition I can make suggestions on improving your diet for a whole body approach to better health and well-being. 

My approach is multi-disciplinary, integrating elements from Pilates, Yoga, Weight Training, Cardio, and Plyometrics.   We will also focus on proper stretching techniques and correct any issues with bad posture.
